Working Principle:

1、Water Injection: Add sterilizing water to the bottom of the retort machine.

2、Sterilization: The circulation pump continuously circulates the sterilization water in the closed-circuit system. The water forms a mist and is sprayed onto the surface of the sterilization products. As the steam enters the heat exchanger, the temperature of the circulating water continues to increase, and is finally controlled at the required temperature. The pressure in the retort is adjusted within the required ideal range through the pressurization valve and exhaust valve.

3、Cooling: Switch off the steam, start cooling water flow, and lower the water temperature.

4、Drainage: Discharge remaining water and release pressure through the exhaust valve.

 

It ensures complete sterility while maximizing nutrient retention through high-temperature and high-pressure processing. Equipped with a fully automated control system, it precisely regulates sterilization parameters, including temperature (typically 105-121°C), pressure (0.1-0.3MPa), and duration (10-60 minutes), compatible with various packaging formats such as glass jars, metal cans, and retort pouches. The sterilization process consists of three phases: heating, constant-temperature sterilization, and cooling, fully compliant with HACCP and FDA food safety standards.
