Trekking on foot.
The starting point of this training session is the company headquarters, the square in front of the office building of DTS Food Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd.; the end point is Zhushan Park of Zhucheng City, and the journey down the mountain totals more than 20 kilometers. At the same time, in order to increase the difficulty of this hiking activity and allow employees to get closer to nature, the company specially chose the rugged trails in the countryside.
During this trekking exercise, there was no rescue vehicle, and all leaving, many employees thought that they could not stop, especially some employees, they had made the idea of stopping halfway. However, with the assistance of the team and the promotion of collective honor, 61 employees (including 15 female employees) who participated in the training reached the foot of Zhushan Mountain, but this is not the end of our training, our goal is the top of the mountain In order to get to the mountain at one go, we took a break at the foot of the mountain and left our footprint here.
After a short break, the team started the mountaineering trip; the road to climb was dangerous and difficult, our legs were sour and the clothes were soaked, but also we got a sight that was not visible in the office, green grass, green hills and fragrant flower.
After 4 and a half hours, we finally reached the top of the mountain;
At the top of the mountain, all the people involved in the training have left their names on the company’s banner, which will be treasured by the company forever.
At the same time, after climbing the mountain, President Jiang also gave a speech. He said: Although we are tired and we sweat a lot, we have nothing to eat or drink, but we have a healthy body. We proved that nothing is impossible with hard work.
After about 30 minutes of rest at the top of the mountain, we embarked on the road down the mountain and returned to the company at 15:00 in the afternoon.
Looking back at the whole training process, there were a lot of emotions. On the road, there was a lady in the village who said what you did on such a hot day, what to do if you got tired and sick; but our employees all just smiled and continued. Yes, because it has nothing to do with tiredness. What we want is an approval and a proof of ourselves.
