Pouch tomato paste sterilization retort
Working principle:
- Loading:Load filled tomato paste pouches into the retort chamber through the double – door system to prevent heat loss and contamination.
- Sealing & Initiating Sterilization:Seal the retort and start the sterilization cycle. The water spray system distributes hot water uniformly, ensuring all pouches reach the required sterilization temperature to eliminate harmful microorganisms.
- Monitoring & Control:An automated PLC system continuously monitors and adjusts temperature, pressure, and time to maintain optimal sterilization conditions.
- Cooling:Gradually cool the pouches at the end of the cycle to stabilize internal pressure and avoid package damage.
- Unloading:Once cooled, open the doors and unload the sterilized tomato paste pouches for further processing or packaging.
