Ⅰ. Description

The water immersion retort features unique liquid flow switching technology for uniform internal temperature. Preheated hot water from a tank enables fast heating and sterilization, with hot water recycled post-process for energy efficiency.

Ⅱ. Advantages

  • Uniform water flow: Flow direction switching ensures vertical/horizontal uniformity, delivering water to each product tray’s center for dead-end-free sterilization.
  • HTST treatment: Preheated hot water enables high-temperature short-time sterilization.
  • Deformable container compatibility: Water buoyancy protects containers under high temperatures.
  • Large/high-viscosity food suitability: Rotation ensures even heating of large canned/high-viscosity foods, with water buoyancy safeguarding packaging during rotation.

Ⅲ. Working Principle

Load product baskets, close the door (locked via triple safety interlocks for full-process mechanical security). The PLC controls automatic sterilization per preset recipes:
 
  1. Inject preheated hot water into the retort; circulate via high-flow pumps and optimized pipes.
  2. Steam injection heats water for sterilization; flow switching ensures uniform heat distribution.
  3. Programmed pressure control (via automatic air injection/discharge) adapts to 3-piece cans, 2-piece cans, flexible/plastic packages, etc.
  4. Optional hot water recovery during cooling saves energy.
  5. An alarm signals completion; unload for the next batch.
 
Temperature uniformity: ±0.5℃; pressure control precision: 0.05 Bar.
