(2)Safety precautions:

1.Before and after the use of retort should carefully check the drainage, air supply piping accessories, safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, whether sensitive and good to use, to confirm the safety of the work before the work as well as the end of the work.

2. Operation should make the retort in operation to maintain stable pressure and temperature.

3. Strictly prohibit over-temperature, over-pressure operation.

4. Do a good job before, during and after the production of inspection work, timely detection of abnormal state of the equipment, and take appropriate measures to deal with.

5. Pay attention to the alarm prompts in the operation of the equipment, check the causes of equipment alarms in time and solve them.

6. Master the handling of emergencies. Emergency measures should be taken to stop the vessel operation when failure occurs and threatens the safety.
