(2) Temperature test: empty kettle with water since the start of operation, heating to the stage of retort 5 minutes later, compare the temperature value on the touch screen with the mercury thermometer readings, the temperature value on the screen should be equal to or slightly less than the mercury thermometer readings.
(3) Deviation correction: In the "control screen" click on the "system screen" button to enter this screen, this screen for the adjustment of the system time, the sensor error, set the temperature, pressure coefficient and set. It is necessary to set it step by step under the guidance of professional operators.
Retort is equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers and other accessories, always keep it safe, complete, sensitive and reliable. In the process of use should be maintained and regular calibration. Maintenance of electrical components should pay attention to the following points:
(1) Electrical components and connecting wires are strictly prohibited from contact with water, if the operation is inadvertently stained with water, it should be professionally handled to confirm that the dry before turning on the power.
(2) Equipment and electrical components must be dust protection, quarterly dust maintenance must be carried out.
(3) The connection terminals of each connection line, plugs and connectors should be frequently checked for looseness, looseness should be promptly tightened.
Sterilisation pots should be checked regularly, at least one external inspection every six months, at least one inspection per year, the preparatory work before the inspection and inspection items, are in accordance with the "regulations" and the relevant provisions of the inspection report filed for the record.
